Woo Hui Qin (胡惠钦) has dedicated over 20 years of her career to the art and science of education — from classroom teaching and curriculum leadership to founding her own bilingual training company. She holds a Master in Education Management from INTI International University, a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computer Science from Coventry University (UK), and a Diploma in Education from New Era University College.
With a strong foundation in Computer Science, Hui Qin brings a unique analytical and technology-driven approach to teaching — setting WHQ Learning Hub apart from conventional training providers. Her deep involvement in Toastmasters International, where she has achieved the highest Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) award and served in multiple district leadership roles, further sharpens her ability to teach the art of public speaking and impactful communication.
