Woo Hui Qin is the founder of WHQ Learning Hub, an education and training platform dedicated to empowering individuals with strong communication skills, practical thinking tools, and future-ready learning approaches.
A Journey Rooted in Education and Growth
With over 20 years of experience in education, training, and professional development, Hui Qin brings together the worlds of language education, technology, communication, and adult learning.
She has served as Head of the English Language Department at Foon Yew High School (Johor Bahru), leading curriculum design, teacher development, and effective classroom practices. Her background in Computer Science and ongoing Education Management studies supports her ability to integrate technology meaningfully—enhancing effectiveness without losing the human touch.
Communication, Leadership & Professional Excellence
A Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), Hui Qin has held senior leadership roles within Toastmasters International, including District Program Quality Director and Club Growth Director. She is an award-winning speaker in both English and Mandarin, and a frequent workshop facilitator across Malaysia and the region.
She has also been recognized by Cambridge Assessment English (Best Teaching Practice—Secondary Category) and has contributed as a speaker/panelist in regional education events.
